When enabling the advanced_help module I immediately started seeing warnings on the admin pages and in drush:
The following from drush but the same wording appears in the admin pages.
The following module is missing from the file system: multipurpose. For information about how to [warning]
fix this, see the documentation page. bootstrap.inc:1128
The following module is missing from the file system: stark. For information about how to fix this,[warning]
see the documentation page. bootstrap.inc:1128
Multipurpose was the default theme at the time that I enabled advanced_help. Changing the default to bartik did not help. Stark was not installed but I did download and install it but the warnings continue.
When advanced_help is disabled the warnings cease.
