Right now there is no way of displaying only non-root terms while also preserving the full hierarchy for the display. This should solve that issue.

The patch adds a new functionality and this works correctly, Nevertheless need add the test in the "hierarchical_term_formatter.test" file.

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.
