wysiwyg.api.php Documentation Improvement re: CKEditor

I was having a lot of trouble getting my WYSIWYG A11ychecker module (adding a couple of CKEditor native plugins) to work until I came across this comment in another issue:

For widget plugins, CKEditor capitalizes the widget name and uses it for the internal button name, which is why I changed 'mathjax' to 'Mathjax' there.

I respectfully submit that this tip would be great to have right in the wysiwyg.api.php comments. I'll submit a patch.
