Hello.
I am new here and i didnt know for sure where to post this question. I am trying to access a website that has installed Drupal and there is always an error. This is happening for the last 2 days.

I dont own this website. The error code is as follow:

Error
The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

Error message
PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1032 Can't find record in 'main_semaphore': SELECT expire, value FROM {semaphore} WHERE name = :name; Array ( [:name] => variable_init ) in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of /home/lockedi/public_html/main/includes/lock.inc).

Is there a problem in my computer or with website?

Sounds like their mysql database may have crashed.

So nothing wrong with my computer. Thank you :)

They solved the problem but now another sub-part of their website have problem:

PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1203] User lockedi_lissa already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of /home/lockedi/public_html/main/includes/lock.inc).

Anyway, i hope they have the ability to fix it.
