Download files in Media Basket does not work

Steps to reproduce:
1 install and enable media_browser_plus
2 install and enable media_bulk_upload
3 go to admin/content/file_en
4 drag some files into Media Basket
5 click on Download files in Media Baske

The issue is a javascript error:
TypeError: this.getBasePath is not a function in media_browser_plus.js:188:32

Why is this not included in the latest release but has status fixed?
