Make Wordfilter applicable on "non-fieldable" properties like Node / Comment titles. This affects both code & UI.

You can now enable Wordfilter configurations on Node and Comment types. Enabling the configurations will affect the rendering output of Node title & body as well as of Comment subject & body.
