If you have a very big book (and some of mine are, as with d.o. documentation also for example), then trying to use the drag & drop in the standard "Book structure" page can be horribly cumbersome.
Would it be possible to provide something a bit more sophisticated and easier to use for this? There is a module called Outline Designer which appears to do something like this but I have never used it and it doesn't appear to be going anywhere at the moment.
