Adopt functionality from lightning distribution

Problem/Motivation

The lightning distribution has a generic file upload and embed widget for the entity browser to provide a consistent experience when working with media. It would be nice if the media module could provide this functionality (then we don't have to use the distribution if we don't need all that extra functionality), and maybe the lightning distribution could then adopt media (I created an issue for this in the lightning distribution https://www.drupal.org/node/2818609).

At the moment the lightning distribution and media module are both working to provide a great user experience to handle media. Why not do all the work in 1 place?

Proposed resolution

Take all good stuff from lightning and add to media module.

• Generic file upload widget for entity browser
• Generic embed widget for entity browser
• Maybe some more?
