Merge tags not loaded + Activity throwing error message [#2817467]

Hello Team,

this module looks really unstable.

I have added an activity in mailchimp configuration to trace "the commerce order" entity type and I'm getting an error message detailed in the screenshot.

The merge fields and tags are just not working. they are not loaded from Mailchimp site. I was stuck for days now and I thought I did something wrong but I'm wondering who has tested this module and who is using it right now?

Could you please have a look on the following issue?

It would be great to have your error message in text rather than a screenshot. There are now almost 26,000 sites using and testing the module. While not everyone uses the merge fields functionality, a great many people do.

Here the error message that I'm getting

Notice: Undefined index: path in mailchimp_activity_entity_form_submit() (line 178 of /home/estarreg/public_html/v2/sites/all/modules/mailchimp/modules/mailchimp_activity/includes/mailchimp_activity.admin.inc).

I do not know if that is why all the merge fields I created in the mailchimp for a list I've created are not loaded in the list tab but I have some suspicions about if this module works with merge tags as even the subscription option is not appearing in the checkout settings for the ecommerce module.

the issue is that this version was released in August so I'm not sure if all the sites are using this version though.
