Show role-name somewhere on edit-page

When on the edit-page (like admin/config/people/taxonomy_access/role/1/edit), the role is nowhere named. The id of the role is in the URL, but no naming increases the room for error.

Expected behaviour is something like a message or title as "Edit role Anonymous"

Used theme is admin theme Seven. No title is shown, don't know if this is default.
