Git commits not associated with account

By mistake I committed to Commerce 2.x with my company email address, instead of my personal email address. I have added my company email address in my profile under E-mail Addresses (as defined in https://www.drupal.org/node/1018118).

However, the unassociated commits have not become visible under Projects or Your Commits page. From documentation I understood that unattributed commits will periodically be re-associated with their respective accounts.
