Main menu links for Contact and About point to default language

While updating the profile for Drupal core 8.2.0, I noticed that on my local environment, the main menu links for Contact and About Us led to the default language no matter the language being viewed. This happens when installing the site using drush, as outlined below.

Steps to reproduce:

• Install in English using drush si
• Click on the Español link
• The Sobre Nosotros and Contactar links point to the English pages but should point to the Spanish pages.
