When we use vertical tabs and mark the " Mark group as required if it contains required fields". Those fields doesn't get marked and the user has no idea on where he needed to fill required fields.

Im adding a patch for this, may need more testing.

Your code was duplicate, as this already existed in tabs.js. I verified all formatters, and fixed where needed. Vertical tabs should be ok now.
