I have installed colorbox and enabled the module.
I installed jquery.clorbox-min.js in /libraries/colorbox
In the source I see
<script src="/libraries/colorbox/jquery.colorbox-min.js?v=8.2.0"></script>
If I click on the link I get a 404
So I think there's something wrong with detecting the libraries path.

I am using drupal 8.2.0

I am a dumb ass... I made a type creating the libraries folder ( libaries). Shame on me!
