Hi,

Is there a way to set your stock via the main/master product as opposed to setting it on each variation?

The project I'm working on is selling tickets, they have an adult price and a child price. I want to set stock for the tickets rather than an amount for kids and an amount for adults.

Hi
No out of the box feature, but as stock is all rules based you may be able to update the rules with a new stock field on the product display. But it may not be straight forward as you will likely need to replace the stock update function as that works with product variation only.
