The Autocomplete reference fiels will not realize when adding od deleting files with ftp.
It is showing the old files (with error selected file image001.jpg could not be referenced. The file does not exist on select) and the autocomplete will not be aware of new files.

There is a table file_managed "Stores information for uploaded files."
If I am right some modules are looking at this table. If a file is transferred by FTP those modules will not get aware of those files

Is there a module which is searching for unknown files and adds it to the table?
