Hello , so my question is how can i add checkboxes 12 of them into content type with taxonomy fields.. So client can for certain month check or uncheck boxes.. Anyone have idea or to put me on right direction please :)

The Options module (in core) creates checkboxes.

I want to make content type (table) like this. Which will be different kinds of fruits or vegetables. http://i66.tinypic.com/2quokz9.jpg . So ive used for everything else taxonomy term fields. But not sure how to make this checkboxes ..

I assume that you have made taxonomy and using them in content type as reference field. If this is the case then you can select "Check boxes/radio buttons" in widget type and make number of values unlimited.

This will allow users to select as many terms as they want as checkboxes.
