Only user/1 has the "Team" tab displayed in Space members page. All other space administrators do not get the "team" tab display, nor any Team creation option.

I have double checked Space permission and Site permissions. Space permissions let space administrators create teams, and site permissions let Administrators create teams.

I am attaching two images, one as user/1 with the tab (teamtab2.png), and another as a space administrator without the tab (teamtab.png).

This is already fixed in the dev version and will be part of the 2.69 release later this month. See #2797277: The Create New Team button is not shown for space admins
