Why got the misc-folder removed from the 3.x-branch?

Hey folks,
in the 2.x-branch of jquery-update there is an misc folder with some new versions of core-lirbraries, which are needed when you load jQuery >= 1.9.x. Otherwise you would get several JS-errors.
But in the 3.x-branch the folder, and the includes in the .module-file are missing. Is their another way to update the core-libraries (overlay-parent; ba-bbq.js; form.js)?
Or is this part not ready in the 3.x-dev-branch?

I have to update this module to 3.x, cause another module need this dependency.
