Leading PDF Template Page Format [#2810105]

Even PDF template page size is different than A4, when you use it as a "leading PDF template" format, it appends itself as A4.
For example, I have a configuration with a custom 7.5 cm x 15 cm. page format. I also prepare template pdf file with the same size. When I add the template as "leading", template pages are rendered as A4, then the rest is normal (7.5x15 cm.).

"Succeed PDF Template" works fine, it accepts the template pdf as 7.5x15 cm.

I've noticed this as well, but haven't found a fix for it. It seems A4 is the default paper size. There are a few places in the code where A4 pops up. This should probably be changed to a variable.
