I just have a first D8 customer project where I mentioned the EFF-Script and and this module. It seems that there has nothing started yet to port? I also tag this issue with "GDPR" because of upcoming new privacy protection in Europe.

This would really be great or are the other alternatives? We should then keep Media in Core in mind and support it besides the text format filters.

While on the main page it says the version is 8.x, but it is in-fact just 7.x

Sure.. I don't actually use it but seems like it needs some TLC, feel free to file feature requests..
