RC will come as we get panelizer stable with panels.

Okay I've committed everything I think we need for Beta6. Gonna try the commits out on my client project and if everything looks good, please someone RTBC this and I'll roll a release.

If no one gets to it in the next week or so, I'll just roll it if things are working correctly ;)
