Right now Module Builder requires Drupal Code Builder to be in libraries folder.
This library is available through packagist and should be managed using composer.

Sorry for the HUGE delay in responding to this...

Thanks for the patch. I'm setting this to needs work, because it has a few formatting problems, and also AFAIK composer support has moved on -- to fully support composer we now need a composer.json file too.
