Is there a module that would allow me to make multipage personality quizzes? Kind of like Buzzfeed does?

The Personality Test module doesn't seem to be active.

Something that looks like it might be on a Drupal 8 development path.

Hello,

has anyone encountered something like this which was implemented onto drupal? I need to create a buzzfeed like quiz for my marketing team, was curious if anyone had heard if this was developed? 

( Some services exist like shortstack but a bit pricey/not enough customization )
