updating only automatic generated aliases

Hi,

I recently changed settings for url aliases (using ASCII-96 and Transliteration) and wanted to regenerate all automatically generated url aliasses. I ended up deleting all aliasses for taxonomies and nodes, and recreating them, but all manually created url aliasses were changed as well (see also https://www.drupal.org/node/1009110); some of them even got checked as automatic even though they weren't before. What is the right way of regenerating only automatic generated url aliases?
