Translate link does not support other path schemes than "default" [#2808073]

I'm not sure if this has been posted before. I have searched the issue queue but couldn't find it.

The views "translate link" refers to the wrong translate link. This is because the render_link method does not support different path schemes.

I have attached a patch that checks for the currently being used path scheme which solves the issue.

Patch #2 has an incorrect path and does not apply, here's a new patch.
