Hi seabear,

I think we should keep the integrations included within the module itself restricted to the most widely used services. We have a lot of contrib modules which provide other integration. For example Youku has a contrib module here: https://www.drupal.org/project/video_embed_youku

If you would like to create the video_embed_qq sandbox project and then add it to the project applications queue (https://www.drupal.org/project/projectapplications), post a link in this issue and I would be happy to give you a full review and advocate for the project to be published.
