Feature: E-mail notifications
- DS-1034 - When a user comments on a post, event or topic i want to be notified by E-mail.
- DS-1038 - When a user comments on a post on my stream, I want to be notified by E-mail.
- DS-1042 - When a user replies on my comments, I want to be notified by E-mail.

Other bug fixes & improvements
- DS-1931 - Topic and Event overview in a group are missing filters that should now be fixed.
- DS-2034 - Only 1 cronjob needed for an activity to show up in a stream.
