Mime template not used

Hi, I'm trying to configure that fantastic module on my site. It looks to work fine but emails are not sent using my mime template customized on my theme folder. It's working with other modules but not with "Views Send".

But if I modify the template inside "Mime Mail" (so, a global change that will be lost when I update Mime Mail module) it works with Views Send. Why "Views Send" it's no recognizing my theme custom Mime Mail template?
