I have recently came across an issue with a 7.50 Drupal site. I am using Seven 7.50 as the Administration theme. It was showing duplicate Admin bars, but i resolved this with disabling the toolbar module. The issue now is when i edit a page or open an interface to do anything the "X" to close the interface is missing. It seems as if the page is displaying wider than my screen, but zooming the screen in and out does nothing.

This can be considered closed. After talking face-to-face with multiple people I realized this was the overlay module being disabled that created this issue. Hopefully others will see this and get the answer they need if they come across this issue.

Overlay was disabled because it was viewed as something that slows down the site on the admin side.
