I am getting a Fatal Error when trying to produce a PDF of an Entityform on submission using the Rules Module.

The error is "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class TCPDF_FONT_DATA in C:\AcquiaSites\bmwccad7_1-dev\docroot\sites\all\libraries\tcpdf\include\tcpdf_font_data.php on line 48"

I have tried using different versions of TCPDF but to no avail.

Any ideas what could be the problem?

Try using the 7.x.1x branch. 2.x is unstable and no longer being developed or supported.
Does the view work on its own, as a page, not using rules? That can help to narrow down the problem.

My apologies. I meant to select 7.x-1.x and accidentally choose 7.x-2.x.

Just to update this issue has been resolved.

I changed a few of the tokens for the store path and used and older version of the TCPDF library and everything worked.
