Generate absolute URL / make this module compatible with Pathologic

Problem/Motivation

If you use Pathologic together with this module you find out that this module replaces the absolute URLs set by Pathologic. Then, the resulting URLs are all relative and so they are all broken.

Proposed resolution

Modify function _simplenews_statistics_parse_links to ensure all resulting URLs are absolute to ensure all of them aren't broken.
