I really would love to see some more flexibility for the interest groups.

What I miss is:

- Per group a setting to show or hide it on the form.
- Per group option a setting to hide or show the option (in addition to the default value).

If you'd like to keep this issue open for a while so you, or others could work on expanding it, that's good with me. But, it seems like the issue is pretty much slowed with the first patch. So, maybe I should commit it and open a new issue for expanding the feature in a future release?
