Same term name move issue

Auto suggestion for multiple terms which has same name will cause to move terms between its parents which has same term name.
For example

Western Australia
-South Perth
--Alfred Cove
--Applecross
--South Perth
-South Eastern WA
--Bandy Creek
--Beaumont

When i tried to move "Beaumont" in to "South Perth" parent term its giving "Warning: Your input matches with multiple terms, because of duplicated term names. Please enter a unique term name or the term id with 'term-id:[tid]'"

How can i move terms in to multiple parent terms which has same name?
