simplytest.me blocked?

Seems to be fine after a couple hours of closing the site :-/

This has been the first time this happened for a long time, did something change about accessing git.drupal.org that I should know?

Is it possible to whitelist the simplytest.me servers? (I know it wasn't in the past, but it can't hurt asking)

Okay.. now I can't make any requests to cgit :-(

after git worked again I couldn't access cgit anylonger:

sorry, I didn't think about doing -vvv because I guessed it was some ip based blocking, but I'll do it if this happens again

so, there's no kind of firewall in front of the drupal.org infrastructure that might block "too many" requests from the same ip?
if there is, it would be good to know where the allowed quota is, so that I can prevent hitting it

okay, I think this is a problem with my hoster (hetzner), even the non-simplytest.me servers aren't able to reach git.drupal.org atm

okay, it's fine again and I'm 100% sure that this is a problem of my hoster.. going to talk to them, sorry for the noise
