Infinite loop on page with access plugin that returns FALSE

When the logintobaggan module is enabled,
and I'm trying to enter to panel page that I don't have permission to access it,
(the access rules defined on panel page access tab)
I don't get 'access denied' page, and the page fail on redirect loop.

I understand what is the problem - the logintoboggan module redirect every 'access denied' to user login form,
and the user login redirect to the current page.

I tried to see page that not every user can see when he logged in.

Anyone know what is the problem?
