I downloaded the CKEDITOR library from ckeditor.com and installed to: sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/ckeditor.js but not recognized. The 7.x-2.x-dev version works. Last update of the recommended 7.x 2.2 version was 2012. 4 years ago! Time to fix please. Thanks.
