has classes > block block-openlucius-core contextual-links-region
but with this its rendered with bottom padding not correct (as seen screenshot)

and this is not the only problem if you put a block under it (using context or regular block management) the SAVE button dissappears because of this

easy workaround install block class module https://www.drupal.org/project/block_class
and put clearfix to this block

Status: Active » Closed (won't fix)

7.x is not supported anymore. OpenLucius 2.0 (Drupal 9) is now actively maintained.
So I'm closing this 7.x ticket.
