I tested the form preview on a form with 5 pages and the preview displays every field, regardless of whether it contained data. For us, that means the preview is not useful.

It would be great to have an option;
[ ] Only display fields that contain a user response

A reasonable feature that will never happen unless a) someone writes a patch or b) someone sponsors someone to write a patch.

Closing due to lack of hope on either front, but please do re-open if you have a patch or sponsorship.
