Notice pathauto checkbox changes

If a user enters a manual alias with pathauto enabled, then later checks the "Generate automatic URL alias" checkbox, the hook_node_save doesn't notice the change. Pathauto populates $node->path['alias'] after views_url_alias_node_save() is called. Attached patch checks to see if pathauto will be doing the work.
