It appears that the fields of a Entity Legal document require their fields configuration to be added as a config dependency otherwise things won't work. This is just a note to remind me to do that.

I think this might be related to this issue, when I import an entity_legal.document I get this exception: Attempt to create a field without
a field_name.

Adding the dependency manually for entity_legal.document does not fix the error.
