Hi!
After running through https://www.drupal.org/node/2016561 and patching commerce_feedsmulti and commerce_feeds I still see Default product type selectbox. If I understand correctly, this is the type for new products. So I wonder if it is so, then why? If it is a UI bug or a lack of functionality?

So I've done some testing and saw that regardless of Default product type selectbox value new products are created of correct product type, as it is set in mapping and in import file. And I can't imagine now what this selectbox is for.
So correct me if I'm wrong, I mark this as a UI bug.

Thanks @vbard, the default product type is used if there isn't a (valid) product type in the source. It's described in the UI - I think the reason it exists at all is connected with how I was reusing commerce feeds. It's possible it could be removed but it feels low priority.
