Hello

I have created a custom content type and add a drop down field such as environment. In this drop down list , i have added the label as well as values.
After that i have added based on these content type some data.
If i want to update these drop down fields the previous data not updated that have saved with previous drop down list .

The much i can say is that, when you create any field in content type, it get stored in database and affects more than one table. Now if you will fill the value in these fields, it will get store according to the structure and format that you initially created. So their is no feature exist regarding the update of data along with field. So it should come under
