If I need totally remove meta tag "Generator" from my site, not to change. Can I do it with metatag module somehow?

Not really.. but you ought to be able to use hook_page_attachments_alter() to remove individual meta tags that are added by core.

Thank you for your help. Btw, didn't you think about the advisability of adding this functionality metatag module. I mean the situation, when I can rewrite some metatag but can't remove it, looks a bit strange :)
