The borders on issue tables were removed in the last week or so. Eg, see https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/bluecheese?status=All.
There used to be at least horizontal borders between each row.
I find the table much harder to scan now.

drummGreat, I can reproduce this now. Apparently browsers can treat the border-collapse property differently in 2016.
