The borders on issue tables were removed in the last week or so. Eg, see https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/bluecheese?status=All.

There used to be at least horizontal borders between each row.

I find the table much harder to scan now.

I'm not sure this is a dreditor thing. It changed about a week or two ago, and I've not updated Dreditor recently.

Great, I can reproduce this now. Apparently browsers can treat the border-collapse property differently in 2016.

On the plus side, I am very happy to hear that this is accidental, and that I don't need to convince people that the loss of these borders is a bad thing :)
