mpotter CreditAttribution: mpotter commentedWhat is the "bundle" for the feature you are trying to import. The drush command requires the *short* name of the feature, not the full filename. There is another issue about fixing this around here somewhere.

mpotter CreditAttribution: mpotter commentedThis should be fixed by #2745023: Features Drush commands are using shortname instead of the expected module name (fullname) which no longer requires the short name of the feature. Re-open with a step-by-step procedure for reproducing if it is still a problem with the latest dev version.
