This issue continues the patches from #2429549: Update to latest Panelizer. These are patches to Panopoly Core for the Panelizer module that are needed by Atrium. While the update to the latest Panelizer removed most of the issues, there was still one remaining issue that has not been committed that is needed for Atrium.

mpotter CreditAttribution: mpotter at Phase2 commentedOK, well I am stupid today and didn't notice that Panopoly is already including that Panelizer patch!
BUT, there is a NEW patch that we also need here: #2786471: undefined language in PanelizerSearchApiAlterCallback->alterItems(). So adding that so I can build an Atrium release.
