I was looking for documentation on paragraphs_item_access when I noticed that there is no hook documentation file at all. Please create a paragraphs.api.php to document your hook functions.

Shouldn't this be Closed Fixed or Duplicate? Outdated would mean the suggestion no longer applies not that the suggestion was done.

Well, this was fixed as an incidental side effect of another issue, but that issue wasn’t a duplicate. And that patch was committed before I saw this issue, so to me it was outdated. 😊

I’m not able to manually set an issue to Closed (Fixed), but I’m happy to mark it Fixed and let it sit there for a couple weeks.
