2. Edit the Contributions section of the organization profile to list contributions to the community.
3. You can include any Drupal events you have sponsored, organized, or hosted or examples of issues you have helped with.
4. Please also list some projects supported by organization or team members.

I have edited the Contributions section and added more explicit listing of our contributions to Drupal and Drupal modules.
I did not see a place to list employees, so instead I added a link to my own profile to the Contributions section.

As we are a relatively small company, we decided to take an individual membership in the Drupal association rather than an organisation membership.

Remove your profile from company profile page. Edit your profile and please make sure you set your company in your profile as employer. Then your profile will be linked to company page automatically.
