1. add a Number field to a Webform
2. Key in some text for the description
3. Key in something for the prefix text (such as '$')
4. Select the 'Description above field' option
5. Save
When you view the webform, the description displays between the field prefix and the field. I would expect the description to display above BOTH the prefix and the field (with the prefix and field being on the same line).
